One has to wonder if this is even legal to drive like this, his car was completely covered in Saran Wrap, the windshiled and all. Its obvious this guy had some friends that really loved him. After following him on my way home I saw him nearly get into a few accidents, but I had to get close enough to snap this picture. I didn’t know whether to feel sorry for him or laugh at him.
