Steer clear of that and there's always a chance. Right now though, you need to make sure that we don't lose Zach. I'm not talking about suicide, I'm talking about you retreating inward. You've done very well lately with the posts about fasting etc and we can see bits of the old Zach returning. Keep on that track and rediscover yourself. Everything else can wait.
