Seeing as it was such a nice day today I decided it was time that Lucky get a bath as he hasn’t had one in quite awhile and the weather was nice enough that he could be outside for a while - and it was not miserable so I could tolerate the heat.

Right now Lucky is in the other room hiding from me - as you can see from the picture Lucky is not a fan of baths.  He did however eat half of my pumpkin pie Sunday as Heidi and I went to church, his farts had a distinct pumpkin pie smell if you must know.  I’m sure Lucky hates me for snapping this picture.

Saturday evening I was talking to a good friend of mine, Linda -  Shes been a second mother to me for a long time.  I was telling her I was talking to a friend of mine who’s a firefighter about going into firefighting.  Instantly she was concerned for my safety - to the point we spent a good five minutes conversing about her concerns.

I have been thinking about this since that moment - it’s been quite a while that I felt that someone showed concern for my safety that felt genuine.  I miss it.  Linda is going to going to China in about 40 days for the rest of her life and I’m really going to miss her.

My grandpa wanted a nice picture of me for graduation so Lucky and I had to go outside today and strike a pose and look all cute and such.  If you would like to learn how to be cute like Lucky and I feel free to check out my photo section.

I had a conversation just a few minutes ago with someone that really really upset me.  This person told me in not so many words that if they had a child that they knew has Aspergers Syndrome (which is part of the Autism Spectrum) they would seriously consider aborting it - and on top of that they call that compassionate!  Read more to view the transcript: Read the rest of this entry »

As many of you know, I have Asperger’s Syndrome a rare and mild form of Autism… myself and many other autistic people do not support the organization Autism Speaks for many, many reasons.  Well it appears I have received a takedown notice from Autism Speaks for one of the websites I operate.

So a friend of mine was having issues with his room-mate and I let him stay the night.  Hes a smoker and he smokes out on my porch with the door shut, but my house smells like awful damn cigarette smoke now and it makes me want to puke.

In Michigan smoking is going to be banned from public restaurants and stuff and people are complaining about there right to smoke…. what about my right to breathe?

Well I went to my grandfathers for fathers day weekend.  I had a good time talking with my uncle and hanging out with my grandma.  I made a slide show from the Pictures I took at my Grandma’s Celebration of life.  There’s about 208 pictures there, I’m still working on a way to get it so you can order prints, but I’m close to done on that.  My grandpa believes that photography is my true calling - but I think he was trying to make me feel good.

I have to say though that I am never traveling with my mom again, I took a shower when I got back and I still smelled like a smoker. 5 in an hour and a half is a bit much for me to handle - plus her hatred of seat belts freaks me out.
