Website Design
An interest for me for a while has been web design, and as of late I have been exploring that interest with some very miraculous results. The following is a list of some of the websites I maintain:
TheZach Dot Net - http://www.thezach.net
TheZach Dot Net is a personal website I developed to be able to blog, showcase photography as well as a portfolio of some of my web projects and graphics work.
It was originally introduced in 2006 and has gone through several changes and probably will go through several more as I decide to try new things.
Plans are being developed for TheZach.net to also showcase some of my technical toys and hobbies as well.
AspieWeb - http://www.aspieweb.net
AspieWeb.net is a website that I developed to give information on Aspergers Syndrome in a positive light - information that differs from more common Autism Organizations such as Autism Speaks.
AspieWeb contains a newsfeed of related materials, a collection of videos about Autism and Aspergers, news about the community, and thoughts of other people with Aspergers.
As someone with Aspergers I feel it is important that our voices be heard - even if it disagrees with larger organizations. That has lead to AspieWeb being one of two sites developed by Autistic People that has been legally threatened by Autism Speaks.
Computer Fix - http://www.computerfix.net
Computer Fix is being developed to encourage people to learn how to to do preventive maintenance to take care of there computer, it also contains a section for free programs that can save you time and money.
Computer fix is still in the development stage, but contains a wide variety of useful information and in the future video podcasts of basic preventive maintenance and reviews of commonly used programs.
